 Functional Dyspepsia:-

Tab Tryptamol 25mg PO OD(bed time 3mo)

Tab Metomide 10mg PO TDS(20days)

Cap Omezole 2/mg PO OD(28dasys)

Nausea/vomitting:-

Morning Sickness;-

Tab Pregnova 10/10mg 2tabs at night if not improved then 2 at night and one at morning and evening

Motion Sickness:-

Tab/inj Gravinate 50mg before exposure(30mnts)

Chemotherapy Induced:-

Inj Onset 8mg IV stat before 30mnts of chemotherapy then BD(3-5days)+

Inj Dexa 2cc(8mg) IV stat before and then OD

Constipation;-

Ispalax Sachet 1tsf OD or BD(Fiber laxative)

                             OR

Syp Duphalac 2+2+2..........(Osmotic Laxative)

                              OR

Tab Decolax 5mg OD or 3-4times per week(Stimulant laxatives)

                                OR

Kleen Enema(Sodium phosphate enema) 500ml(comes in 120ml) per rectum (enemas)
